Qualified PMs also try to make the organization of business processes more efficient. Take any project and you will notice that it needs labour, finance and tools to give satisfactory outcomes. To manage projects successfully you have to handle a number of things. You can see a number of such factors in the list below:
- Task setting and assessing achievement.
- Managing risk. Any project contains a lot of risks that have to be dealt with.
- Choosing labor and tools for the project.
- Determining the products of the project.
- Managing what is happening: giving out jobs, controlling the work-in-progress.
