You probably frequently hear about a lot of old people that really like listening to old time songs. A striking instance of such people is my grandmother who is seventy-nine years old. She is actually used to listening to music from old forms of data carriers and always said that today's technologies are not able to provide appropriate quality of music. She denied using the CDs even when it get more commonly used than vinyl.

My grandmother has been collecting all the available vinyl records with her beloved bands and singers for several tens of years and this is obvious that he can't get accustomed of buying CDs. Even Elvis Presley albums can be found in her collection. As all the records have been constantly used, the quality of music now is worse than it must be. When I began searching through what she got left, I found Sinatra, Pat Boone and many more old timers.

Anyway, my grandmother newly decided that her grandchildren ought to get better access to these wonderful compositions. The basic purpose was to find the device that can help to convert the record which is stored on vinyl in any digital audio form.

I was amazed when I saw her near my notebook with a heap of her favorite vinyl records and two USB turntables. She has been searching for such equipment using global network only for half of an hour and decided to order the needed item.

There are four components to efficient project management: cost, schedule, duration and quality. Qualified project managers also try to make the organization of work better. Look at any project and you will observe that it employes labour, finance and machinery to give needed outcomes. There are a lot of things that are crucial for effective project management. A few of them can be found below:

- Goal setting and assessing achievement.

- Managing negative possibilities. Take any project and you will see that it has a lot of uncertainties that have to be dealt with.

- Assigning and supervising resources.

- Defining the outcomes of the project.

- Managing what is going on: assigning tasks, supervising the work-in-progress.

- Making sure that the products of the tasks are up to standard.

- Managing changes. Change is constant. When you start out on the project, you should forsee how it will develop with time.

- Talking to people doing the project.

To manage these issues you can employ pencil and paper or perhaps MS EXCEL. But you get some interesting pluses if you choose to employ project tracking software:
