To comply with the specified demands in thermal insulting, outward wall should have thickness: 50 centimeters for squared timber walls, 150 centimeters for brick walls and for wooden carcass only 15 centimeters.

In building this technique of construction is named Canadian. The first carcass houses were made in Canada. In the early 1990-s appeared one more term that partly described this technology - sandwich - panel constructions.
