5 good reasons not to use employee management software
April 1st, 2008Automation is a general term these days. Many corporations try to promote their solutions to the market. Commonly they are very attractive and have got a lot of positive features, but it is just the first view. During the analysis of various personnel management software programs, I assumed that its utilizing has more drawbacks than advantages. There are some reasons why I do not use it.
Reason 1: It requires some money. Almost all obtainable employee management software is not freeware. The setting up fee is not the full charge, you may have to pay for support, maintenance and updates. Some people think that the advantages outweigh the expenses. Do not pay for any program if you know that its benefits are not worthy of it.
