There are 3 methods of person-to-person interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.

If you want to make the correct choice about your software solution, you have to understand the differences that are significant between those interactions.

Conversational interaction is an exchange of information and transactional interaction is an exchange of a transaction substance between 2 or more people involeved, while an interaction of collaboration is used for a modification of a substance of collaboration, for instance: reaching a shared goal.

Interactions of collaboration are structured in such a way that the primary goal of the participants is to modify the collaboration substance from something unstable and immaterial, for example, an idea, into a useful solution, for example a design solution.

Teamwork software is considered to be one type of groupware programs that make it easier for people exchange information and work as a team on projects.

The strong point of these tools can be found in the ability to allow users to see action plans, exchange documents, track projects, supervise schedules, facilitate business processes, be instantly reminded of any new objectives and things they are involved in. You may come across a plenty of ways in which this software can be very useful: moderating events, documents and projects, facilitating business processes and coordinating work of several departments or even companies.

5 good reasons not to use employee management software

Automation is a general term these days. Many corporations try to promote their solutions to the market. Commonly they are very attractive and have got a lot of positive features, but it is just the first view. During the analysis of various personnel management software programs, I assumed that its utilizing has more drawbacks than advantages. There are some reasons why I do not use it.

Reason 1: It requires some money. Almost all obtainable employee management software is not freeware. The setting up fee is not the full charge, you may have to pay for support, maintenance and updates. Some people think that the advantages outweigh the expenses. Do not pay for any program if you know that its benefits are not worthy of it.
