Teamwork

When people deal with each other, they use three key approaches: conversations, transactions, and collaborations.

If you care to make the optimal choice selecting your software technology, you have to see through the differences that are significant between these interactions.

Conversational interaction is a transfer of ideas and transactional interaction is transfer of a transaction entity between 2 or more people involeved, whereas an interaction of collaboration is used for a change of a substance of collaboration, for instance: achievement of a shared objective.

Interactions of collaboration are structured in such a way that the primary objective of those involved is to introduce changes into the collaboration entity from what has been unfixed and immaterial, for instance, an idea, into a useful solution, for instance a design solution.

Collaborative software

Teamwork Software is one of groupware programs that facilitate seamless work processes between your team members, department people, everybody who works on the project, panels, etc.

The power of these applications is in the ability to allow participants to see action plans, share documents, track projects, monitor schedules, optimize business processes, be promptly notified of any tasks and events they are involved in. There are a lot of approaches to making these applications useful: scheduling events, papers and projects, optimizing business processes and harmonizing work of several departments or even offices.
