Today, in the age of information, you may foresee everything, but it is impossible to foresee women and weather. This article is not about women. Since ancient epoch people utilized different systems to foresee and even control the weather. Owing to the newest technologies we can have the detailed research of the phenomenon that occur into the atmosphere. Getting those figures we may monitor such processes and further may create the predictions based on this information.

As the atmosphere state is chaotic, even the newest software cannot propose appropriate results. Weather foreseeing is a complex task, because any error in initial state may spoil the forecast. It is a whole science that studies chaotic systems which is called chaos theory.
